  • A small amount is usually enough. As a guide, a pinch of fur or a small lock of hair is typically sufficient for most pieces. If you’re unsure, order first and we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed for your chosen design.
  • Place your order first. For orders delivered to a UK address, wait for your free Inclusions Pack and follow the enclosed instructions. International customers receive send-in instructions by email and arrange and pay for their own tracked return.
  • Yes. Many customers choose keepsake jewellery made with hair or fur from a living pet, as a way to keep them close every day.
  • Always. Your pet’s hair or fur is handled with care and respect throughout the process and kept clearly labelled so it stays with your order.
  • We offer a range of styles including memorial rings, pendants and necklaces. You can browse the pieces in this collection and choose the one that feels right.
  • Production begins when your fur or hair arrives. Silver jewellery normally takes around four weeks and gold jewellery around six weeks. Delivery time is additional.
