Every order is handled separately and securely. On arrival, ashes are carefully logged, stored individually, and worked on one commission at a time. We use only a very small quantity for each piece, and any unused ashes are respectfully returned with your finished jewellery.
Our pieces are available in sterling silver and 9ct gold, designed for everyday wear and crafted to last. The ashes are permanently set within the jewellery and sealed to protect and preserve them over time.
After placing your order, we will email clear instructions explaining how to package and send a small amount of ashes safely to our UK workshop.
Each piece is sustainably packaged and returned ready to gift or treasure for a lifetime.

A small amount is usually enough. As a guide, a pinch of fur or a small lock of hair is typically sufficient for most pieces. If you’re unsure, order first and we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed for your chosen design.

After ordering, you will receive detailed instructions explaining how to package ashes securely for postage to our Brighton workshop. We recommend using a small, sealed container placed inside a padded envelope or box. Clear step-by-step guidance is provided.
