Choose your jewellery and any available options. Order before sending anything to us.

Receive your instructions
For UK orders, we normally post a free Inclusions Pack within one working day (Monday–Thursday). It contains instructions, a labelled sealable bag, protective packaging and prepaid tracked return postage. Outside the UK, we email the instructions.

Send your fur or ashes
Follow the instructions to send a small amount of each material. International customers arrange and pay for tracked postage to our workshop.

We make your jewellery
We set and finish your ring in Brighton. Please allow 7–10 days from receipt of your fur or ashes, plus delivery time.
How fur looks in resin
Fur varies in colour, thickness and texture. Pale, fine or undercoat fur can become more translucent in resin. We may blend in a small amount of pigment to help lighter strands remain visible.
We cannot guarantee that every strand will be visible or that the finished arrangement will be entirely free from gaps or air bubbles.
Ashes vary in colour and texture, so the pattern in each heart will be different.

Your Inclusions Pack
For orders delivered to a UK address: after you place your order, we’ll automatically post a free Inclusions Pack, normally within one working day. It contains everything you need to return your chosen inclusions safely:

- Labelled, sealable containers to keep each inclusion separate
- A waterproof, padded return envelope
- Prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return postage
International customers: you will not receive an Inclusions Pack. After you order, we’ll email send-in instructions; you arrange and pay for your own tracked return to our workshop.
Only a small amount of each inclusion is needed, and any unused material will be returned with your finished ring.
Some memories belong side-by-side. Our Adjustable Double Heart Memorial Ring is handcrafted in sterling silver with two heart-shaped spaces to hold your most precious inclusions. Most families choose ashes in one heart and pet fur in the other, but you can also select two pets’ hair, two sets of ashes, or other meaningful materials.
Every ring is made to order in our South Downs studio using our UV-only resin process for outstanding clarity and strength, then hand-polished to a smooth, glass-like finish. Add an optional opal shimmer behind one heart—or both—for a gentle, starry sparkle.

What to send

Pet hair/fur: a small pinch of clean, dry strands.

Ashes: around ¼ teaspoon per heart (unused material is returned).
Care
Treat like fine jewellery: remove for bathing or swimming; avoid chemicals and prolonged heat/sunlight; polish gently with a soft cloth.
Packaging
Thoughtful and sustainable: recycled/reclaimed materials, plantable wildflower seed paper, cotton-offcut thank-you cards, and a little piece of Tony’s Chocolonely.
How we handle your fur or ashes
We log your materials against your order, email you to confirm their arrival and store them in our fireproof workshop safe. They stay labelled and separate from other customers’ materials throughout making. All unused fur or ashes are returned with your finished ring.

Looking after your jewellery
Treat your keepsake as fine jewellery. Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals, and avoid prolonged contact with soaps, creams and household products.

One-year warranty
Your jewellery is covered for manufacturing defects for one year. Accidental damage is not covered; please contact us about repair options.

How much fur or ashes do you need?
A small pinch of clean, dry fur or around ¼ teaspoon of ashes per heart. Any unused material is returned with your ring.
Can I use fur from a living pet?
Yes. You can order with fur from a living pet or one who has died.
