Choose your jewellery and any available options. Order before sending anything to us.

Receive your instructions
For UK orders, we normally post a free Inclusions Pack within one working day (Monday–Thursday). It contains instructions, a labelled sealable bag, protective packaging and prepaid tracked return postage. Outside the UK, we email the instructions.

Send your fur
Follow the instructions to send a small amount of fur or hair. International customers arrange and pay for tracked postage to our workshop.

We make your jewellery
We set and finish your jewellery in Brighton. Please allow 7–10 days from receipt of your fur, plus delivery time.
How fur looks in resin
Fur varies in colour, thickness and texture. Pale, fine or undercoat fur can become more translucent in resin. We may blend in a small amount of pigment to help lighter strands remain visible.
We cannot guarantee that every strand will be visible or that the finished arrangement will be entirely free from gaps or air bubbles.

Your Inclusions Pack
For orders delivered to a UK address: after you place your order, we’ll automatically post a free Inclusions Pack, normally within one working day. It contains everything you need to return your pet’s fur or hair safely:
- Clear instructions
- A labelled, sealable container
- A waterproof, padded return envelope
- Prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return postage
International customers: you will not receive an Inclusions Pack. After you order, we’ll email send-in instructions; you arrange and pay for your own tracked return to our workshop.
A small pinch of clean, dry fur or a few trimmed strands is enough, and any unused fur or hair will be returned with your finished piece.
Inspired by the comfort of a found feather, this pendant is handcrafted in solid sterling silver with a slender channel running the feather’s spine (rachis). We carefully arrange your pet’s fur or hair in this channel and seal it beneath a crystal-clear, jewellery-grade finish for lasting clarity and protection.
Every piece is made to order in our South Downs studio using our dual UV-curing resin process for strength and a glass-like polish. Choose a classic Belcher or sleek Snake chain—or select the pendant on its own.

What we need from you

Fur/hair: a small pinch of clean, dry strands is perfect (we return any unused).

We can intertwine two pets’ fur if you wish.
Care
Treat like fine jewellery: remove before swimming/bathing, avoid chemicals and prolonged heat/sunlight, and polish gently with a soft cloth.
Packaging
Thoughtful and sustainable: recycled and reclaimed materials, plantable wildflower seed paper, cotton-offcut thank-you cards, and a little piece of Tony’s Chocolonely.
How we handle your fur
We log your fur or hair against your order, email you to confirm their arrival and store them in our fireproof workshop safe. They stay labelled and separate from other customers’ materials throughout making.
All unused fur or hair are returned with your finished jewellery.

Looking after your jewellery
Treat your keepsake as fine jewellery. Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals, and avoid prolonged contact with soaps, creams and household products.

One-year warranty
Your jewellery is covered for manufacturing defects for one year. Accidental damage is not covered; please contact us about repair options.
