How it works
Place your order first. We’ll help you send a little fur or ashes to our workshop and keep you informed along the way.
Choose your jewellery
Choose your piece and options, then place your order. You don’t need to send us any fur or ashes before ordering.
We’ll send what you need
For UK orders, we’ll send you clear instructions, a labelled sealable container, protective packaging and prepaid tracked postage to our workshop. It’s all included at no extra charge.
Send a little fur or ashes
Follow the instructions to prepare a small amount and post it to our workshop. UK customers can use the prepaid tracked postage provided. We’ll email you when it arrives.
We’ll make your keepsake
We’ll make your jewellery by hand in Brighton, then send it home to you with any unused fur or ashes.
We’ll normally post your UK sending materials within one working day. Our working days are Monday to Thursday.
Outside the UK? We’ll email you your instructions. You arrange suitable packaging and pay for tracked postage to our workshop. Read our international sending guide.

Questions before you order?
How much fur or ashes do you need?
We only need a small amount. Your order instructions will tell you how much to send for your chosen piece.
What if I don’t know my ring size?
UK customers can request a free ring sizer before production. If you’re outside the UK, ask a local jeweller to confirm your UK ring size before ordering.
How do you keep my fur or ashes safe?
We’ll email you when your fur or ashes arrive, log them against your order and store them in our workshop safe. We’ll keep them labelled and separate from other customers’ materials throughout making.
How long will my jewellery take?
We’ll make your silver jewellery in 7–10 days from receipt of your fur or ashes. For gold jewellery, allow four weeks. Delivery time is additional.
