Receive everything you need
For UK orders, we send a free Inclusions Pack within one working day, with instructions, protective packaging and a ring sizer if requested.
Safely return their fur or ashes
Place a small amount of their fur or ashes inside the labelled bag and seal the pack securely. UK Inclusions Packs include a prepaid tracked return label.
Handcrafted for you in Brighton
We carefully set their fur or ashes into your jewellery, keeping the inclusion visible, then hand-finish and beautifully package the completed piece.
Outside the UK? We’ll email full instructions after you order. You may request a complimentary physical Inclusions Pack, but return postage to our Brighton studio is not included.

How much fur or ashes do you need?
Only a small amount is needed. The instructions in your UK Inclusions Pack or international send-in email will tell you exactly what to send for your chosen piece.
What if I don’t know my ring size?
If you know your size, select it when ordering. If you are unsure, choose “Send a ring sizer” and we’ll send one before production.
How are inclusions logged and kept safe?
Every inclusion is checked into our intake log, identified to your order and stored securely in our workshop safe. Each customer’s inclusions are kept separately throughout the making process.
How long will my jewellery take?
Production begins when your inclusions arrive with us. Silver jewellery normally takes around four weeks and solid gold jewellery around six weeks. Delivery time is additional.
