Follow the instructions to prepare and return the ashes. UK customers use the prepaid Royal Mail tracked return service included with their Inclusions Pack. International customers arrange and pay for their own tracked postage.

Made in Brighton
Your ashes are set in your chosen piece in our Brighton workshop. Silver jewellery is made in 7–10 days from receipt of your ashes. Please allow four weeks for gold jewellery. Delivery time is additional.

Every ashes keepsake is one of a kind
Cremation ashes naturally vary in colour, tone and texture, so no two keepsakes will look exactly alike.
We carefully set a small, symbolic amount within clear resin. The exact pattern and distribution will be unique to the ashes you send.
Where the product offers it, you can choose crushed opals for a touch of colour. We work carefully to create a balanced, beautifully finished piece while retaining the natural character of the ashes.

A hallmarked solid 9ct yellow gold heart pendant, set with a small amount of cremation ashes in clear resin. We set the inclusion in our Brighton workshop to create a personal memorial keepsake.
Choose your chain and inclusions
Order the pendant on its own or with an 18-inch Belcher or 18-inch snake chain. Select your preferred option before adding it to your bag.
Optional crushed opals can be added to the ashes for an additional £20. Choose whether to include them when ordering. The displayed total reflects your selected chain and opal options.
Engraving is not available on this pendant.
Sending your ashes
Place your order before posting anything. Only a small amount of ashes is needed; follow the instructions supplied for your chosen piece. If you have very little available, contact us before sending it.
For orders delivered to a UK address, we normally dispatch a complimentary Inclusions Pack within one working day. Our working days are Monday to Thursday. The pack includes instructions, a labelled sealable container, protective return packaging and prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return postage.
International customers receive instructions by email and arrange and pay for their own tracked postage to our workshop. Physical Inclusions Packs are not sent internationally. Our guide to sending fur, hair or ashes explains the next steps.
Production and unused ashes
Allow four weeks from receipt of your ashes to dispatch of your gold heart pendant. Delivery time is additional. All unused ashes are returned with your finished jewellery without needing a request.
Caring for your pendant
Remove it before swimming, bathing or cleaning, keep it away from harsh chemicals and protect it from heavy impact. Follow our jewellery care instructions for ongoing care.

How your loved one’s ashes are handled
We understand that the ashes entrusted to us are precious and irreplaceable. From the moment they reach our Brighton workshop, they are treated with the utmost care and respect.
The ashes are checked into our intake log, clearly identified against your order and stored securely in our fireproof workshop safe. We’ll also let you know as soon as they have arrived safely.
When it’s time to create your jewellery, the ashes remain clearly identified and completely separate from every other customer’s inclusions throughout the making process.
All unused inclusions are returned with your finished jewellery. You do not need to request their return.

Treat your keepsake as fine jewellery. Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals, and avoid prolonged contact with soaps, creams and household products.
One-year warranty
Every piece is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the warranty, but please get in touch - we’ll always do our best to help and explore suitable repair options.

How much of the ashes do you need?
Only a small amount is needed. The instructions in your Inclusions Pack or email will show you exactly what to send.
Can the jewellery be made with human or pet ashes?
Yes. We can create your keepsake with either human or pet cremation ashes, with the same care taken for every order.
What will the ashes look like in the finished piece?
Cremation ashes naturally vary in colour, tone and texture, so every keepsake will look different. A small amount is carefully set within clear resin, creating a pattern unique to the ashes you send.
Can I add crushed opals?
Some designs offer crushed opals for a touch of colour. If the option appears above, choose Yes or No before adding your keepsake to your bag.

Do I send the ashes before ordering?
No. Place your order first. UK orders normally receive a complimentary Inclusions Pack, while international customers receive their inclusion instructions by email.

No. International customers arrange and pay for tracked postage when sending the ashes to us. Physical Inclusions Packs are available for UK orders only.
