From your order to your finished ring
We’ll guide you through sending a small amount of ashes and having them made into a keepsake.

Choose your width, sizing option and any opals or engraving. Place your order before sending any ashes.

We’ll send what you need
For UK orders, we’ll send clear instructions, a labelled sealable container, protective packaging and prepaid tracked postage. We’ll normally post these within one working day. Our working days are Monday to Thursday.

Send a small amount of ashes
Follow the instructions to prepare and send the ashes to our workshop. We’ll email you when they arrive. Outside the UK, we’ll email your instructions and you’ll arrange suitable packaging and pay for tracked postage.

We’ll make your ring
We’ll set and finish your ring by hand in Brighton. Please allow 7–10 days after the ashes arrive, plus delivery time. We’ll return any unused ashes with your finished ring.
How ashes look in resin
Ashes vary in colour and texture, so the pattern in each piece will be different. We’ll set a small amount in clear resin.
You can choose to add crushed opals for colour. If you add opals, we’ll confirm your preferred colour after checkout.

Select your confirmed UK ring size, or choose Send me a free ring sizer for delivery to a UK address. We’ll send it before making your ring.
Outside the UK, please ask a local jeweller to confirm your UK ring size before ordering. Ring sizers are available for UK delivery only.

How we’ll look after the ashes
We’ll record the ashes against your order, email you when they arrive and keep them in our workshop safe.
We’ll separate a small amount for your ring and keep the rest with your order. We’ll add back any loose grains caught during setting and return all unused ashes with your finished ring.

Looking after your ring
Treat the ring as fine jewellery. Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals, and avoid prolonged contact with soaps, creams and household products.

One-year warranty
Your jewellery is covered for manufacturing defects for one year. Accidental damage is not covered; please contact us about repair options.

How much of the ashes should I send?
Only a small amount is needed. We’ll send you clear instructions showing exactly how much to send and how to package it.
If you have very little available or you’re ordering several pieces, please contact us before sending anything. We’ll return any unused ashes with your finished ring.
Can the ring be made with human or pet ashes?
Yes, we can use either human or pet cremation ashes.
How does engraving work?
Inside engraving costs an additional £20. Select the engraving option and enter up to 25 characters, including spaces and punctuation. Letters are converted to uppercase.
