Receive your instructions
For UK orders, we normally post a free Inclusions Pack within one working day (Monday–Thursday). It contains instructions, a labelled sealable bag, protective packaging and prepaid tracked return postage. For our international orders, we’ll email straightforward instructions directly to you when you place your order. This helps reduce unnecessary post and the environmental impact of sending a physical pack.

Send your fur
Use the instructions supplied with your order to send a small amount of fur or hair to our workshop. We’ll email you when it arrives.

We make your jewellery
We set and finish your jewellery in Brighton. Please allow 7–10 days from receipt of your fur, plus delivery time.
How fur looks in resin
Fur varies in colour, thickness and texture. Pale, fine or undercoat fur can become more translucent in resin. We may blend in a small amount of pigment to help lighter strands remain visible.
We cannot guarantee that every strand will be visible or that the finished arrangement will be entirely free from gaps or air bubbles.

A little of them, held close
A sterling silver heart with your pet’s fur preserved in the front and a discreet urn compartment inside. You can fill the inner compartment with a little fur or ashes at home, whenever you feel ready.
The loop at the top unscrews to reveal the opening, as shown here. You can also leave the compartment empty.

Your pet’s fur on the front
We’ll arrange your pet’s fur and set it in clear resin in our Brighton workshop. This part will arrive finished, with the natural colour and texture of their fur preserved in the heart.
Filled by you
A keepsake held inside
The inner urn is separate from the resin setting. You can add a small amount of fur or ashes yourself, so any ashes for this compartment can stay with you.

- 925 sterling silver with a clear resin fur setting.
- Chain options
- Pendant only, or an 18-inch sterling silver Belcher or Snake chain.
- Fur for the front
- A small pinch of clean, dry fur or a few trimmed strands. We’ll return any unused fur with your necklace.
- Inner compartment
- A self-fill space for a small amount of fur or ashes, accessed through the screw-top loop.
Every fur setting is different, so the photographs show an example. If you have a very small or irreplaceable sample, please contact us before sending it.
Before you wear it
Check that the screw-top closure is fully tightened. Remove your necklace before bathing, swimming or cleaning, and follow our jewellery care guide to look after both the silver and the resin setting.
How we handle your fur
We log your fur or hair against your order, email you to confirm their arrival and store them in our fireproof workshop safe. They stay labelled and separate from other customers’ materials throughout making.
All unused fur or hair are returned with your finished jewellery.

Looking after your jewellery
Treat your keepsake as fine jewellery. Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals, and avoid prolonged contact with soaps, creams and household products.

One-year warranty
Your jewellery is covered for manufacturing defects for one year. Accidental damage is not covered; please contact us about repair options.

How much fur or hair do you need?
