Individually Crafted Pet Memorial Jewellery | Free UK Delivery

Part-Time Influencer & Creator Partnerships Assistant (Brighton, BN1)

In-person | 20 hours/week (typically across 4 short weekdays)

Fur & Forever creates pet memorial jewellery for people who want something beautiful, personal, and lasting. We are hiring our first team member to own our creator/influencer programme end-to-end.

This role is ideal for a determined, socially fluent person who can build relationships with smaller, niche creators and turn those relationships into consistent UGC and attributable sales. Qualifications do not matter. Confidence, follow-through, and genuine social-media literacy do.

The mission

Build and run a repeatable creator partnerships engine that consistently delivers:

High-quality UGC we can use across TikTok/Instagram (and ads).

Trackable orders through creator-specific landing pages and discount codes.

What you will own

You will be responsible for the creator programme day-to-day, including:

Research & selection: finding relevant micro/niche creators (pet accounts, dog owners, rescue/foster communities, grief/comfort spaces, UK pet creators, etc.)

Outreach & dialogue: starting conversations, explaining our brand clearly, and maintaining momentum through structured follow-ups

Creator onboarding: initiating agreements, briefing creators, setting deliverables and timelines, and keeping relationships warm

Tracking & reporting: maintaining a clear pipeline and weekly reporting on outreach, sign-ups, content delivered, and orders generated

Commercial execution (training provided): creating creator-specific discount codes and templated landing pages so each partnership has something tangible and trackable

What you will also get exposure to (optional, not your targets)

As you learn the business, there is scope to get involved in the wider day-to-day running, and optionally learn parts of production. This is not a production role, but you will be close to the workshop and the real work of the brand.

Who we are looking for

This role will suit you if you are:

Social-native and commercially switched on: you understand what performs, how creators think, and what makes partnerships work

Confident representing a premium brand: comfortable communicating in DMs/email and occasionally on calls

Relentlessly proactive: you follow up, stay organised, and do not need chasing

Warm and respectful: our customers are often grieving, so tone and judgement matter

Ownership-minded: you spot problems, solve them, and keep the programme moving

What success looks like (early months):

• A consistent pipeline of relevant micro creators in conversation each week

• Creators onboarded with live landing pages + discount codes

• Regular UGC delivered and saved with permission for reuse

• Trackable orders and a clear weekly report (what’s working, what isn’t)

Non-negotiables (please read):

• You must be comfortable handling pet fur and cremation ashes (training provided)

• You must be comfortable around dogs (we have an office Golden Retriever)

Hours and pay

Part-time: typically 20 hours/week across 4 short weekdays (pattern agreed with the right person)

Pay: Hourly base at National Living Wage or above (depending on experience), plus performance bonuses

Benefits: Workplace pension (auto-enrolment rules apply)

Working environment & location

Friendly, family-run and hardworking, with a calm, supportive feel. Based on Ditchling Road, Brighton (BN1) opposite green space, with on-site parking—and a friendly office Golden Retriever. Some flexibility with remote-working offered once onboarded

Probation

This role includes a 3-month probation period with clear targets and support. The role becomes ongoing subject to a successful probation review.

Progression

This role has a clear growth path. As you prove results and build confidence in the industry, there is scope to grow into a wider Partnerships Lead role (vets, groomers, and other partners), with increased responsibility and compensation.
