Once the fur or hair has arrived and been checked in, your keepsake is handmade in our Brighton studio. Sterling silver pieces normally take approximately four weeks and solid-gold pieces approximately six weeks. Delivery time is additional.

How fur can look in resin
Every pet’s fur is different. Its colour, thickness and texture make every keepsake unique, and pale, fine or undercoat fur can become more translucent once set in resin.
To help with this, we’ve developed a specialist pigment system that allows us to blend a small amount of pigment with the fur, helping lighter strands remain visible.
We always work carefully to achieve the best possible result, but natural variations mean we cannot guarantee that every strand will be completely visible or that the finished arrangement will be entirely free from gaps or air bubbles.

For orders delivered to a UK address: after you place your order, we’ll automatically post a free Inclusions Pack, normally within one working day. It contains everything you need to return your pet’s fur or hair safely:

International customers: you will not receive an Inclusions Pack. After you order, we’ll email send-in instructions; you arrange and pay for your own tracked return to our workshop.
A small pinch of clean, dry fur or a few trimmed strands is enough, and any unused fur or hair will be returned with your finished piece.

How the process works

Order your bangle – Place your order on furandforever.com. If your order is delivered to a UK address, your free Inclusions Pack is normally posted within one working day; use its enclosed materials and instructions to return a small amount of clean, dry fur safely. International customers receive send-in instructions by email and arrange and pay for their own tracked return.

We create your keepsake – Once we receive the fur, we will arrange it by hand inside the heart, pour the resin and set the piece in sterling silver. We polish the bangle to a mirror finish and add the hallmark and heart stamp to the back.

We deliver your cherished piece – Your bangle arrives carefully packaged in a gift box, ready for gifting or treasuring yourself. Because each piece is custom made, no two bracelets will ever look exactly alike.
Care & guarantee
Keep your memorial bangle shining by storing it in its box when not worn and avoiding prolonged exposure to water or chemicals. Gently clean the silver with a soft polishing cloth. The resin is durable, but treat it gently to avoid scratches. We stand by our craftsmanship – if there’s ever a problem with the silverwork or setting, just get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Your fur is checked into our intake log, clearly identified against your order and stored securely in our fireproof workshop safe. We’ll also let you know as soon as it has arrived safely.
When it’s time to create your jewellery, your fur is kept clearly identified and completely separate from every other customer’s inclusions throughout the making process.

One-year warranty
Every piece is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the warranty, but please get in touch - we’ll always do our best to help and explore suitable repair options.

How much fur or hair do you need?
Only a small amount is needed. The instructions in your Inclusions Pack or email will show you exactly what to send.
Can I order while my pet is still beside me?
Yes. Your keepsake can celebrate a pet who is very much part of everyday life, or remember one who is no longer here.
Will light or dark fur be visible?
Both can be preserved, but they look different. Darker or coarser fur usually creates stronger contrast; pale, fine or undercoat fur can become more translucent in resin. Where helpful, we may blend a small amount of pigment with the fur to help lighter strands remain visible, but results vary and we cannot guarantee that every strand will be completely visible or that the finished arrangement will be entirely free from gaps or air bubbles.
What is included in the Inclusions Pack?
For orders delivered to a UK address, a complimentary Inclusions Pack is normally dispatched within one working day. Our working days are Monday–Thursday. It contains step-by-step instructions, a labelled sealable inclusion bag, padded waterproof return packaging and prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return postage. International customers receive instructions by email and may request a complimentary physical Inclusions Pack; international return postage is not included.
Do I send the fur or hair before ordering?
No. Place your order first. UK orders normally receive a complimentary Inclusions Pack, while international customers receive instructions by email and may request a complimentary physical Inclusions Pack.
Is return postage included outside the UK?
No. International customers arrange and pay for tracked postage when sending their fur or hair to us. A complimentary physical Inclusions Pack is available on request, but international return postage is not included.
