Collect and return the inclusion
Follow the instructions to prepare and return the fur or hair. UK customers use the prepaid Royal Mail tracked return service included with their Inclusions Pack. International customers arrange and pay for their own tracked postage.

Made in Brighton
Once your fur or hair has arrived and been checked in, your ring is handmade in our Brighton studio. Sterling silver rings normally take approximately four weeks and solid-gold rings approximately six weeks. Delivery time is additional.

Every pet’s fur is different. Its colour, thickness and texture make every pet hair ring unique, and pale, fine or undercoat fur can become more translucent once set in resin.
To help with this, we’ve developed a specialist colour system that allows us to blend a small amount of pigment with the fur, helping lighter strands remain visible.
We always work carefully to achieve the best possible result, but natural variations mean we cannot guarantee that every strand will be completely visible or that the finished arrangement will be entirely free from gaps or air bubbles.

How your pet’s fur is handled
We understand that your pet’s fur is precious and often irreplaceable. From the moment it reaches our Brighton workshop, it is treated with the utmost care.
Your fur is checked into our intake log, clearly identified against your order and stored securely in our fireproof workshop safe. We’ll also let you know as soon as it has arrived safely.
When it’s time to create your jewellery, your fur is kept clearly identified and completely separate from every other customer’s inclusions throughout the making process.

Treat the ring as fine jewellery. Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals, and avoid prolonged contact with soaps, creams and household products.
One-year warranty
Every piece is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the warranty, but please get in touch - we’ll always do our best to help and explore suitable repair options.

Questions before you order
How much fur do you need?
Only a small lock is needed. The instructions in your Inclusions Pack or email will show you exactly what to send.
Can I order a ring while my pet is still beside me?
Yes. The ring can celebrate a pet who is very much part of everyday life, or remember one who is no longer here.
Will light or dark fur be visible?
Both can be preserved, but they look different. Darker or coarser fur usually creates stronger contrast; very pale or fine fur can appear more subtle. Natural variation is part of each finished ring.
What is included in the Inclusions Pack?
For orders delivered to a UK address, a complimentary Inclusions Pack is normally dispatched within one working day. Our working days are Monday–Thursday. It contains step-by-step instructions, a labelled sealable inclusion bag, padded waterproof return packaging and prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return postage. International customers receive instructions by email and may request a complimentary physical Inclusions Pack; international return postage is not included.
Do I send the fur or hair before ordering?
No. Place your order first. UK orders normally receive a complimentary Inclusions Pack, while international customers receive instructions by email and may request a complimentary physical Inclusions Pack.
How should I choose my ring size?
If you know your size, select it when ordering. If you are unsure, select Send a ring sizer instead. We’ll arrange it before production.
Is return postage included outside the UK?
No. International customers arrange and pay for tracked postage when sending their fur or hair to us. A complimentary physical Inclusions Pack is available on request, but international return postage is not included.
How does engraving work?
Select the engraving option, then enter up to 25 characters. Spaces and punctuation are preserved and letters are converted to uppercase.
How should I care for the ring?
