Sending ashes

After checkout, you’ll receive clear instructions for sending a small amount of cremation ashes safely to our workshop. Once received, the ashes are placed into the pendant setting and sealed using our professional-grade clear resin process, then polished and quality-checked before being returned to you. Only a small amount is required, and any unused ashes are respectfully returned.

Turnaround, and what to expect

Turnaround is typically 4 weeks from receipt of ashes, plus shipping. Your necklace arrives in eco-conscious, gift-ready packaging using recycled and reclaimed materials, with plantable seed paper elements included.

Materials & finish

Crafted in solid 9ct yellow gold. Your ashes are preserved in crystal-clear, durable resin for a smooth, protective finish. Optional crushed opal can be added for subtle colour.

Hallmarking & gold quality

This pendant is made from solid 9ct gold and hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking regulations.

Chain options

Available as pendant only, or with an 18" hallmarked chain in either Belcher or Snake.
